  • Registration Fee: The registration fee covers conference registration, materials, and meals during the conference. Accommodation and travel expenses are not included and shall be borne by the participant.
  • Instructions: When making the transfer, please indicate “SH2026 + Name + Affiliation” in the remarks/reference column. After the transaction is completed, please take a screenshot of the payment receipt and send it to carbonwiseee@163.com with the subject line “SH2026 Registration + Name + Affiliation”. Attach the screenshot of the payment receipt in the email to complete your registration. If you require an invoice, please provide the accurate billing information. A confirmation receipt will be sent to your email within 3 business days.
  • Payment Policy: For payment issues (e.g., difficulties with RMB bank transfers) or refund requests due to inability to attend, please contact: carbonwiseee@163.com. No refunds will be processed for requests submitted on or after Oct 30 2026.
  • Invoices: The registration fees will be collected on behalf of the organizer by CarbonWise Eco Environmental, Co., Ltd., which will issue an electronic VAT general invoice for “Conference Fee”. Payments must be remitted to the official designated account only. Invoices will be sent to your registered email from carbonwiseee@163.com within 15 working days after the conference concludes.
  • Reminder: Please verify the official email address stated above. If you receive any emails regarding “invoices” or “refunds” from other addresses, do not click any links or transfer funds to avoid fraud.
